SoCAL GIRLS: Anna-Maria Carabini Commits to St. Mary's

St. Margaret’s Episcopal senior attack-middie Anna-Maria Carabini has committed to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at St. Mary’s College of California.
Carabini helped lead St. Margaret’s to the CIF-Southern Section title last season when she scored 43 goals, dished 20 assists, picked up 43 ground balls and had 12 draw controls.
“She is extremely quick, and she has a nose for the goal,” St. Margaret’s head coach Summer Crabtree said. “She is not afraid to attack.”
Crabtree added that she thinks Carabini has the game to play at the Division I level.
“I think she will be a contributor pretty quickly,” Crabtree said. “She brings a lot of heart to the field. She is one of those players you want out there, because she always encourages the team and inspires others.”
