COL BOYS: Drew Babb Signs With Denver

Arapahoe senior middie Drew Babb has signed a national letter of intent to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at the University of Denver.
Babb said he picked his local school over out-of-town candidates Brown and Notre Dame.
“I just felt like it was a better fit for me, not only for lacrosse purposes but academically,” Babb said. “I love the coaches, and I also think it will be a great opportunity to play in my home town.”
Babb added that he intends to work hard so that he can be a big contributor to the team.
“It will be a hard adjustment, but I think with the coaches that we have there, I’ll hopefully become a top player on the team by my junior or senior year,” he said.
