Centennial senior middie Josh Ferreiro has committed to play NCAA Division II lacrosse at Notre Dame de Namur University, NDNU Coach Joseph Romano said.

Ferreiro is one of three top Nevada seniors who will be heading to NDNU next season. He will join high school teammate Nick Petersen and Bonanza senior Nick Campo in an Argos uniform in 2008.

"The biggest thing with Josh is I think he's going to help us with face-offs right away," Romano said. "He's a big, strong kid, and we're excited about the impact he'll have."
