The Missouri Scholastic Lacrosse Association has released its boys lacrosse, first-team, All-State selections.

In all, 24 players were chosen, with defending state champion Rockhurst Jesuit leading the way with four players on the list. DeSmet Jesuit, Kirkwood and Christian Brothers all had three players selected.
