Kent Denver senior middie Will Horne has committed to play NCAA Division III lacrosse at Bowdoin College.

Horne was a second-team All-State selection in Colorado as a junior, and he is the only Kent Denver player so far this season to commit to an NCAA program.

“He’s ambidextrous, he’s a good shooter, big and strong, and he has a very good field sense,” Kent Denver head coach Tom Graesser said. “He plays both defense and offensive very well.”

Graesser added that he believes Horne will be successful at the college level.

“I think he’s going to do extremely well,” Graesser said. “I think he’ll step in and play.”
