NorCAL BOYS: Tyler Simmons Commits to Hobart

Redwood senior attackman Tyler Simmons has committed to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at Hobart College.
Simmons said he also considered Providence, Sacred Heart and Detroit-Mercy.
“I really liked the new head coach, and I really liked the new assistant coaches,” Simmons said. “The guys there looked like they were a really tight-knit group, and they looked like they were a lot of fun.”
Simmons said he expects his game to improve once he takes it to the next level.
“I’m excited to go play with a lot of really good players,” he added. “My game will get better when I’m playing with a bunch of kids who are better than me.”
