Rockhurst Jesuit midfielders Colin McKay and Tom O’Leary have committed to play lacrosse at Mercer University in Macon, Ga.

Mercer is starting an NCAA Division I lacrosse program during the 2010-11 academic year. It will be the first NCAA Division I program in the state. Mercer added men’s lacrosse as a club sport during the 2007-08 academic year.

McKay and O’Leary helped lead Rockhurst Jesuit to a 21-5 mark and the Missouri state championship in 2010.
