Menlo senior middie David Lee has committed to play NCAA Division III lacrosse at Williams College.

Lee said he also considered Tufts before settling on the Williamstown, Mass.-based school.

“Williams has really strong academics,” Lee said. “I visited earlier this year, and I had a really good time with the team.”

Lee added that he believes the transition from high school to college will be difficult, but he is ready to make it.

“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous,” Lee said. “The pace is a lot faster and everything is a lot crisper. But I’m excited. I love the challenge.”
