St. Ignatius Prep senior attackman Billy Mattimore has committed to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at Bucknell University.

Mattimore is the younger brother of St. Ignatius Prep alum Thomas Mattimore, a middie who is now a freshman playing NCAA Division I lacrosse at Dartmouth College.

Billy Mattimore is one of five St. Ignatius Prep seniors to commit to play Division I lacrosse and one of six seniors to commit to an NCAA-sanctioned program. He joins Will Fredericks (Loyola), Nick Miller (Bryant), Carlton Fisher (Lehigh), Kevin Downs (Mount St. Mary’s) and Vince Silveira (Cabrini College).
