Parkway West senior middie Ben Kratz has committed to play NCAA Division III lacrosse at Carthage College.

Kratz has been on the varsity at Parkway West since his sophomore season, and he has significant club lacrosse experience, having played with both the St. Louis Pride and St. Louis Samurai.

Carthage head coach David Neff said he is pumped to get Kratz up to the Kenosha, Wis.-based campus.

“Ben is a very good athlete with a tremendous amount of speed,” Neff said. “At 6-foot-4, with above-average speed, he can play pretty much any position on the field, and we are excited about having him on the team next fall.”
